so i might delete this tumblr and start a new weight loss one. 

i feel like it may help to have a clean slate.

just looked at menus for chinese food

im home alone since i stayed home sick

wanted food so bad

looked for about 15 mins

put it down and went back upstairs

so, that’s good, because chinese food has tons of calories.

but now i have nothing to eat, theres legit nothing in my house

maybe i should just not eat at all? idk what to do?

it feels like i have strep, or mono, but i don’t really know. 

all i’ve had so far today is theraflu. i want to use this as an excuse to not eat. but, i just, love food. i literally think i have a food addiction.
